Registered Nurse - Community-Based - Norfolk, VA Pay: $46.22 per hour with full benefits; $48.22 per hour with enhanced pay option and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM, plus rotating on‑call coverage on consecutive days and weekend community coverage. Location: 6379 Center Drive, Norfolk, VA 23502. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing At least one year of experience providing mental health services to adults with serious mental illness preferred Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and recovery driven service system Valid Driver's License Responsibilities Provide recovery‑based, person‑centered nursing care through individual and group interventions supporting mental health, daily living skills, and community functioning. Conduct comprehensive assessments, monitor symptoms and treatment response, and collaborate on individualized treatment planning with the interdisciplinary team. Deliver medication education, monitoring, and administration while addressing clients’ physical health needs. Support crisis intervention efforts and provide real‑time clinical guidance in community‑based settings. Coordinate care with psychiatrists, families, and community agencies while serving as a client advocate and liaison.
