SENIOR FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION : Coppell, TX | Hybrid

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay Rate: $24.50–$31.75 per hour, based on experience

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Must be flexible for overtime based on business needs

ROLE IMPACT: Support financial advisors, brokers, and wealth management clients with brokerage account servicing, investment operations, transactions, and complex service requests. This role requires hands-on experience in a brokerage or wealth management environment—not traditional banking, accounts receivable, collections, or general financial services alone. Success means understanding securities-related account activity, accurately processing transactions, and taking ownership of advisor and client requests through resolution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a primary point of contact for financial advisors, brokers, their teams, and wealth management clients, managing service requests from initial contact through resolution.

• Support brokerage operations, advisory accounts, investment account setup, direct business, account maintenance, and ongoing servicing.

• Process securities-related financial transactions, including journals, distributions, check requests, and other brokerage account activity.

• Document, track, and follow up on advisor and client requests using CRM, brokerage, and wealth management systems.

• Resolve complex service issues and escalations while providing in-person and virtual guidance to clients, advisors, and peers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of direct experience working for a brokerage firm, broker-dealer, investment advisory firm, or wealth management organization supporting brokerage accounts, financial advisors, brokers, or investment clients.

• Active Series 7 securities license required.

• Hands-on experience using Envestnet for wealth management, investment advisory, or brokerage account servicing required.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, or Orion platforms.

• Experience supporting investment planning, advisory operations, brokerage transactions, or advisor-facing service requests.

• Strong problem-resolution, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills in a fast-paced wealth management environment.
