Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Data-driven professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, responsible for owning testing and optimization strategies across digital properties to enhance user experience and drive lead generation. Key Responsibilities Own the Experimentation Roadmap, leading optimization strategies from hypothesis formation to post-test analysis Partner with the Paid Media team to optimize landing pages for ad relevance and improve quality scores Utilize enterprise testing suites to execute A/B and multivariate testing on web funnels Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in CRO, web optimization, or growth marketing with a proven track record Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels and user intent variations Familiarity with on-page SEO principles and landing page optimization Expert knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager for setting up custom events Experience with enterprise testing suites, preferably Optimizely or VWO Virtual Vocations Inc
