Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and hands-on execution of facility operations for the Graham Park Exhibition Center. Working under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager provides leadership for venue operations, event conversions, facility readiness, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance. This position serves as a key member of the management team and is responsible for ensuring the facility is maintained at the highest standards while delivering exceptional experiences for event organizers, exhibitors, guests, participants, and community stakeholders.This role pays an annual salary of $48,000 - $52,000Benefits for Full-Time Roles: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)This position will remain open until December 31, 2026.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing and performing tasks to set up, convert, and tear down eventsResponsible for facility maintenance and snow removalCoordinate event logistics as assignedManage and clean changeover equipment and areasAssist Director of Operations with projects as requestedAdhere to all Venue Management Policies and ProceduresAssist the Event Manager with all facets of event management and coordinationOther duties as assigned by Director of Operations or General ManagerQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required3-5 years of experience with event changeovers & the general functions of the Operations DepartmentKnowledge of management principles, with emphasis on working with & training staffKnowledge of boilers, chillers, and refrigeration is helpful.Ability to climb stairs and lift heavy objects unaidedMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended numbers of consecutive daysMust be able to, or willing to learn how to operate equipment such as skidloader, pallet jacks, telehandlers, and othersStrengthened by our Differences.
