Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a caseload independently, focusing on inpatient rehab, outpatient, and skilled nursing patients
  • Work with patients with complex diagnoses such as spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and post-surgical cases
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Utilize EMR systems: Epic, Meditech Expanse, WellSky, and AOD
  • Support patients through evaluations, treatments, and progress documentation
  • Maintain professional standards and documentation accuracy
What You Need:
  • Required:
    • Current LA PT license
    • At least 1 year of relevant experience
    • Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work independently
  • Preferred:
    • Experience with complex patient types and inpatient/outpatient settings
    • Knowledge of EMR systems and multidisciplinary team collaboration
