Needing a Nurse Practitioner for an Employee Wellness Clinic with one of our clients:
- Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thur: 8a-6p
- Wednesday: 8a-4p
- Friday: 8a-12p
- Setting: Employee Wellness clinic for employees and dependents ages 2+
- Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day
- Duration: Min 6 months with a possibility of extension
- Start Date: 2-3 weeks after offer is accepted
- Will consider part-time providers
- Board Certified and
- Active WI license
- BLS
- Primary care experience within the last 2 years
