Needing a Nurse Practitioner for an Employee Wellness Clinic with one of our clients:

Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thur: 8a-6p
- Wednesday: 8a-4p
- Friday: 8a-12p
Setting: Employee Wellness clinic for employees and dependents ages 2+
Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day
Duration: Min 6 months with a possibility of extension
Start Date: 2-3 weeks after offer is accepted
Will consider part-time providers

Requirements:

Board Certified and
Active WI license
BLS
Primary care experience within the last 2 years
