Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with outside agencies on open positions and establishing processes in places
- Coordinating interviews with agencies and internal members proactively
- Providing feedback to agencies on openings, timelines, and ways to improve submittals
- Managing mutiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- 5-10+years of talent acquisition/full cycle recruitment experience within manufacturing
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and staffing agencies
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Billingual is a plus
