FSMS Tier 2 Lead

Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a FSMS Tier 2 Lead to support our proposal effort for the USCG FSC BOD in Chesapeake, VA.Position Overview:The FSMS Tier 2 Lead serves as the senior functional authority responsible for resolving complex financial system issues, managing business process analysis activities, supporting Oracle Federal Financials operations, and coordinating with FSC leadership, DHS stakeholders, and technical support teams. This position provides leadership for Tier 2 analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) supporting financial operations, Oracle EBS functionality, system interfaces, data management, testing, reporting, audit support, and business process improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead Tier 2 support operations supporting FSMS business processes, Oracle EBS functionality, and financial operations.Supervise Tier 2 analysts, Oracle functional specialists, business analysts, and support personnel.Serve as the primary escalation point for complex functional, business process, and system-related issues.Ensure timely resolution of high-priority incidents, service requests, and operational challenges.Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience supporting federal financial management systems, Oracle ERP platforms, or enterprise business systems.Minimum 5 years of experience leading functional support teams or business operations teams.Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle EBS or Oracle Federal Financials environments.Experience supporting complex financial operations, business process analysis, and system sustainment activities.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related fieldClearance: Tier 1 Background Investigation or higher & CAC are required to Start.Company DescriptionDexian Government Solutions is an award-winning, ISO 9001:2015 certified, business and GSA contract holder providing diversified Information Technology services to both Civilian and Defense agencies.
