Youth Workforce Development Case Manager

Lawrence Hall seeks a dedicated Case Manager for its WIOA program serving out-of-school Chicago youth and young adults. You will work in the field with a team to help participants overcome barriers, gain credentials, and transition to sustainable employment. Responsibilities include intake assessments, job placement support, life-domain coaching, and coordinating services with families and schools.
