Work Environment\nThis role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide services in a comfortable and familiar environment while maintaining a work-life balance. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which supports a consistent schedule conducive to both patient care and personal well-being.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough and nuanced assessments to evaluate the severity and characteristics of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their unique needs, goals, and preferences are prioritized. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders effectively. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective coping strategies to foster understanding and support ongoing recovery. \n
- Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing clinical judgment to adjust treatment plans and interventions when necessary to optimize outcomes. \n
- Work in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and keeping abreast of the latest research in mood disorder treatment. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
- Advocate for clients to de-stigmatize mental health issues and promote active engagement in their treatment journey. \n
Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing various backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients is crucial in fostering their engagement and commitment to the therapeutic process.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona. \n
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, for addressing mood disorders. \n
- A strong understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical practitioners. \n
- Proven track record of delivering successful clinical outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those with a demonstrated history of working in outpatient settings focused on mood disorders. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms is highly desirable, as it enhances your ability to deliver seamless care remotely.
Compensation and Benefits\nThis role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
