TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in West Burlington, Iowa, 52655!

Job Title: RN Critical Care/ICU-CCU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Critical Care/ICU-CCU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Valid RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required Must-Have: EPIC EMR experience within the last 12 months in a similar unit required. Traveler will be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance. A basic dysrhythmia test will be administered in the first week of the assignment. This test must be passed in order to work in the ICU-CCU units. Every other weekend rotation is required. Every other holiday rotation is required. While the traveler will not be part of a regular call rotation, they may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census. If called in, the traveler is expected to be able to respond and arrive on-site within one hour. Description: Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. Effectively interacts with patients and significant others while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. Provides high-quality care to adult cardiac/telemetry, stroke, vascular intervention, and hemodynamic monitoring patient populations.
