I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a team of 10. Before becoming an agent, I worked for State Farm Corporate. My passion for insurance began after being involved in a car accident, which inspired me to learn everything I could about helping others protect what matters most. Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do. I serve as Chair of the MDGLCC Women's Empowerment Committee, am an active member of the Miami-Dade LGBT Chamber of Commerce, and our agency is proud to be an NGLCC LGBTBE Certified Business. We believe in supporting and strengthening the communities we serve. As an Account Manager for Lexi Goza - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
