HR Analytics & Reporting Specialist (Remote)

The Eliassen Group is seeking an HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations on a remote, contract basis. You will develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, validate data, and deliver accurate workforce insights across HR processes such as HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Learning. You will partner with HRIS and functional teams, ensure data quality and security, support audits, and respond to time-sensitive data requests with clear, business-friendly outputs.
