We welcome Toyota Master Technicians and ASE-certified technicians who are interested in relocating.   What you can expect at Vista Toyota:

• Competitive flat-rate pay: $36–$40.00 per flagged hour, based on experience and certifications. With current shop volume, annual income opportunity is $105,000+, depending on individual productivity.
• Work that uses your skills: A mix of maintenance, diagnostics, customer-pay, warranty, and repair work, with attention to fair dispatch and consistent opportunities to produce.
• Help with your move: Relocation and sign-on assistance of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates, plus paid tool relocation.

What you'll do:

You'll diagnose and repair Toyota and other vehicles to dealership and manufacturer standards. Your work will include complex mechanical and electrical diagnosis, maintenance and repairs, warranty work, and test drives to verify quality. You'll document your findings clearly and work with Service Advisors, Parts, and other technicians to help get repairs right the first time.

Experienced Master Technicians will also have opportunities to share their knowledge and mentor technicians as they develop their skills.

  What you'll bring:

• At least six active ASE certifications ; Toyota Master certification is strongly preferred
• At least two years of hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing automotive systems
• Strong diagnostic ability across engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering and suspension, and HVAC
• A commitment to quality work, ongoing training, and working well with the rest of the service team
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements and authorization to work in the United States
