Build and mentor a high-performing nursing team by driving recruitment, onboarding, professional development, and continuous education initiatives that empower your staff. Define strategic department goals that align with broader health system objectives while maintaining the highest medical, legal, and ethical standards. Manage unit resources and finances by developing and monitoring budgets to ensure your team has the essential tools and support to thrive. Oversee continuous quality improvement by directing regular clinical audits and proactively addressing feedback to elevate the overall patient experience. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. Registered Nurse preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred. Work Experience: 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
