Quality Production Associate – $16/Hour

Location: Schertz, TX
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: August 24, 2026

We are currently hiring Quality Production Associates for a clean, air-conditioned facility in Schertz, TX. This position is ideal for someone who has strong attention to detail, enjoys staying busy, and is comfortable being on their feet throughout most of the shift.

Job Duties:

• Sort and inspect products for quality
• Identify products that do not meet quality standards
• Pack and prepare finished products
• Keep products organized and properly sorted
• Follow basic production and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand and work on your feet for most of the shift
• Dependable and able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• No heavy lifting required
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
