Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or a group of patients using the nursing process and established standards.
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document clinical findings accurately.
- Perform ongoing assessments and implement plans of care in collaboration with the care team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly, escalate as needed, and support patient and family education.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon (in good standing) or eligibility to practice in Oregon
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Med Surg inpatient nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a hospital setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and relocate as needed
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
