Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality and a talent for ensuring seamless guest experiences? The Owner Services team at Residences at Bachelor Gulch is looking for an Overnight Manager on Duty to join the Night Audit team! In this vital overnight role, you'll be the go-to person for property security, owner and guest assistance, and operational efficiency. If you have hospitality experience, excel in overnight roles, and are skilled in Opera or audit software, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure property security, responding to alarms and potential risks.
- Accurately complete Night Audit reports.
- Deliver warm, professional service to owners and guests.
- Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs.
- Assist with luggage handling and vehicle services.

Employment Type: Part Time, Year Round
Pay rate: $25/hour (tips possible)
Schedule: Nights, 11pm-7am

Minimum RequirementsThe ideal candidate is reliable, sociable, and assertive, bringing a High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of hospitality experience (or an equivalent combination of education and training). They possess a strong understanding of hospitality principles, area events, and club amenities, paired with proficiency in software applications like Microsoft Office and Opera PMS. Exceptional customer service skills and clear, professional communication-whether via email, text, phone, or in person-are a must, along with excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
