Audiologist/IONM Surgical Neurophysiologist

INTRANERVE NEUROSCIENCE HOLDINGS LLC

Job Description

Job Description

Description:

Join a Team Where Supporting Clinicians Leads to Better Patient Care.

At IntraNerve Neuroscience, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional people. As a clinician-founded, privately held company, we've built a culture where neurophysiologists are supported by leaders who understand the work because they've done it themselves.

Every day, our team partners with surgeons and healthcare systems across the country to deliver high-quality IntraOperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM), helping protect patients during routine and complex surgical procedures. Since 2010, we've maintained Joint Commission accreditation and now monitor more than 40,000 patients each year without losing sight of what matters most: our people, our clinical standards, and the relationships that drive exceptional care.

INN is seeking a CNIM (Audiologist preferred) in the Los Angeles, California area. This opening offers a stationary regional position in support of multiple facilities in the Los Angeles area.

If you're looking for a new opportunity with a team that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and your long-term growth we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

The Audiologist will work alongside neurotologists in the region during cochlear implantation and complex skull base tumor resections requiring cranial nerve monitoring. They will also perform cochlear implant testing using technology from all major cochlear implant manufacturers, including impedance and placement testing, as well as NRT/NRI/ART assessment.

  • Analyze and interpret electrophysiological waveforms, recognizing normal patterns, variants, and abnormalities while accounting for anesthetic and pharmacological influences.
  • Communicate monitoring findings in real-time to the interpreting physician and surgical team throughout each procedure.
  • Complete post-operative technical reports, IONM logs, and billing documentation following case completion.
  • Maintain equipment in proper working order, following cleaning, storage, and transportation protocols.
