Qualifications A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) unless already ASHA-certified. Licenses and Certifications Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist . ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment is a requirement.
