Job Title: Account Manager - US Sales

\n

Work location: Hanover, MD

\n

The Account Manager is responsible for new business development, customer contacts, quoting/developing proposals, sales and services of RB products to current and new customers, customer relationship management, contributing to marketing/lead generation and project management.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales and profit targets.
\n
• Coordinate and manage the needs of assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth.
\n
• Identify opportunities within assigned accounts and effectively communicate them to the relevant team members.
\n
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
\n
• Gain a deep understanding of customer organizations, including departments, functions, strategies, and key programs.
\n

Qualifications/Requirements:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related work exerpience
\n
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs, concerns, and issues, coupled with effective problem-solving capabilities.
\n
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation skills, and a keen attention to detail.
\n
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
\n
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with a methodical approach to task management.
\n
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capability to make informed decisions.
\n
• Experienced in leveraging judgment, knowledge, and collaboration with team members to develop innovative business proposals.
\n
• Able to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
\n
• Experience of an ERP system.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel.

Travel/Physical Demands:

• Work performed primarily in an office environment.

• Travel requirements are typically less than 10%.

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
