Training & Development Lead - Apprenticeships & LMS

Hoffman Mechanical Solutions seeks a Training & Development Specialist to own and coordinate all training and development activity across the organization. This standalone role drives technical training, apprenticeship program coordination, onboarding, sales enablement, and learning initiatives across all locations, reporting to the HR Director. You will partner with Operations, Safety and department leaders to build training programs that improve growth, retention and performance, with a clear #J-18808-Ljbffr Hoffman Building Technologies, Inc.
