The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and hands-on experience in cooking and bar operations to support the team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee staff performance and daily operations
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Control inventory to optimize costs and reduce waste
• Train and develop team members for professional growth
• Maintain quality assurance standards across all restaurant areas
• Support cooking and bar operations as needed
• Lead the opening process for new restaurant locations
