This temporary position through June/July offers an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills and gain industry-specific knowledge. As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring excellent customer interactions and smooth administrative flow. You'll work closely with the office team to support daily functions and deliver outstanding service every day.


What You'll Do

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed.
• Greeting visitors warmly and assisting with their inquiries upon arrival.
• Assisting customers with placing orders, ensuring accurate information and friendly service.
• Processing payments and handling billing for product shipments efficiently.
• Organizing and filing paperwork to maintain an orderly office environment.
• Supporting other office staff with general administrative duties as required.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Prior customer service and reception experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Experience with agricultural products is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to remain courteous and professional under pressure.

Location & Schedule:
