ABOUT THE ROLE

LiriCare is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students at a school district located in Riverside County, California. You'll provide direct speech and language services to students across the district's caseload, including assessments, IEP development, therapy planning, and progress monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to support each student's communication goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Conduct speech and language assessments for students across a range of ages and needs Develop individualized speech-language goals and treatment plans Provide direct therapy in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Participate in IEP meetings and contribute assessments, goals, recommendations, and progress updates Maintain accurate service records and documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other members of the educational team Provide consultation and training to school staff and families when needed Travel between school sites within the district, where required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain one) California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential, or eligibility to obtain one Experience working with school-age students preferred Understanding of IEPs and school-based special education services Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Ability to complete all district-required background checks and onboarding requirements
