Bid & Project Manager - Construction Estimating

International Erosion Control Association

International Erosion Control Association is seeking an estimator with strong bid analysis and project coordination skills in Texas. The role focuses on government and private estimating, reviewing RFPS/RFQs, and managing bid pricing from various vendors to achieve accurate, competitive proposals.
