We are committed to providing innovative weather radar and satellite technology enabling customers to make critical decisions based on environmental related events.The MissionAs Commissioning Program Manager, you’ll lead and shape how complex radar and ground-station programs move from “built” to “proven,” with ownership of readiness, risk, and customer acceptance. This role exists to drive outcomes at the point where schedule, quality, and field reality meet.Responsibilities: - Own commissioning strategy, plans, and gates across multiple programs- Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, field teams, and customers to close readiness gaps- Manage program schedules, budgets, risks, and change control tied to commissioning- Lead customer-facing reviews, acceptance criteria, and handover documentation- Standardize commissioning processes and metrics; coach teams for repeatable excellenceQualifications: - 5 years in program/project management with field commissioning or integration- Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making- Working knowledge of test/verification, configuration control, and technical documentation- Comfortable onsite in Enterprise, AL or traveling worldwide; schedule may include weekendsIf you want strategic impact and the authority to steer commissioning from plan to proof, apply now.A Day, CalibratedYou start onsite by scanning the commissioning dashboard: what’s green, what’s drifting, and what needs a decisive nudge. Later, you review open risks and change requests, then tune the next set of milestones so the team isn’t surprised by reality.
