Job Overview

Join a growing manufacturing team on 1st shift in north Indianapolis! In this role, you'll operate forklifts, pick and stage orders, manage inventory, and support daily shipping operations in a clean, organized facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move and stage materials

• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment

• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete cycle counts

• Perform shipping/receiving tasks and handle shipping paperwork

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate and complete shipments

• Enter and review data using basic Microsoft Office applications

What We're Looking For

• Forklift experience (sit-down and/or stand-up)

• Experience with RF scanners, inventory control, and order picking

• Shipping & receiving or warehouse experience

• Ability to read pick tickets and shipping documents

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Basic computer skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
