Vans: Sales Lead - Towson Town Center

Retail Sales Lead Support store leadership to maximize sales, drive customer engagement, and coach associates in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities Assist in achieving store sales goals by monitoring progress against key targets. Model consumer‑centric and inclusive store behavior through genuine interactions with customers. Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision to store associates. Regularly engage with customers to deliver high‑level customer service. Adhere to policies, procedures, and practices that align with company directives. Qualifications 1 year of related professional retail experience preferred (not required). Proven communication skills and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Team leadership skills with ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment. Completed Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan. Undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have; total experience and professional achievements are the primary focus. Compensation & Benefits Hiring range: $18.00 – $22.11 USD per hour. This part‑time or limited‑time position may be eligible for an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
