Job Overview As a Program Leader, you lead Booster programs on school campuses, managing a team, driving fundraising success, and creating memorable experiences for students. This is a full‑time position suitable for someone early in their career seeking meaningful, hands‑on experience. Responsibilities Program Leadership – responsible for all day‑to‑day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience. Event Management – lead high‑energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics. Team Leadership – guide your campus team with delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration. Student Engagement – creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students. Client Care – build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care. Desired Qualities Excellent communication – connect professionally with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication. Positive attitude – display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team. Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s background and motor‑vehicle checks. Can lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays. Work Environment Exciting and engaging culture: team events, award ceremonies, celebration trips, free lunches, dinners, and more. Technology: MacBook and $50 per month cell‑phone allowance. Music subscription: $12 per month for Spotify subscription. Insurance benefits: medical, vision, and dental, plus potential moving/recruiting bonuses. Paid time off: 10 days plus all major holidays and a 2‑week December break.
