What would you do as a Quality Supervisor 

As a Quality Supervisor at North Coast Container, your daily expectations will revolve around fostering a culture of excellence and safety. You’ll begin each day by reviewing Quality Supervisor metrics and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes and implementing best practices.

Regularly conducting audits and inspections, you’ll ensure compliance with industry standards while mentoring team members on Quality Supervisor protocols. You will facilitate training sessions to elevate awareness around continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma. Your critical eye will help support root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring that every product meets our high-Quality Supervisor benchmarks.
