We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing neighborhood-based practice model. This role is designed to prioritize quality over volume , giving you more time with patients and less administrative burden.

• Work Life Balance: No hospital rounds, no weekend clinics, and minimal call (phone-only, nurse triaged).

• Time with Patients: Manage a smaller panel, focusing on building relationships and improving outcomes.

• Team Support: Work alongside a care team that includes nurses, medical assistants, scribes, and social workers.

• Value-Based Care: Compensation is tied to quality metrics, preventive care, and keeping patients healthy not RVUs.

• Provide primary care for adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting

• Lead a care team in coordinating patient health plans

• Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies

• Utilize EMR to maintain accurate patient records

• Participate in clinic-wide initiatives to improve quality and reduce hospital admissions

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active/unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)

• DEA license and U.S. work authorization
