Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an array of ultrasound examinations encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, ensuring clarity and compassion in your communication
• Engage with radiologists and referring physicians, contributing to the provision of superior diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring any malfunctions are promptly reported
• Document procedures with precision and maintain patient records using the electronic medical system
• Continuously update your knowledge on advances in ultrasound techniques and best practices

Qualifications Required

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program highly preferred

Licensing and Certification

• Valid certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
