Business development Sales mentorship includes: Responsibilities One on one coaching with assigned team leader, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry. Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually. In-house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand. Social media coaching and guidance. Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area. Required qualities No Sales experience necessary willing to train Coachable and unwillingness to settle for mediocrity.
