Behavioral Health Assessment Clinician (Hybrid/Telehealth)

UofL Health seeks a Behavioral Health Assessment and Outreach Clinician to perform comprehensive behavioral health evaluations, determine provisional diagnoses, and coordinate level-of-care decisions with physicians and care teams. Remote and telehealth assessments are supported, with on-site work at local hospitals as needed.
You will build relationships with referral sources, monitor trends, and ensure HIPAA compliance while providing outreach to improve access and drive appropriate service
