Remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Health Benefits

Gainwell Technologies is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join their team. In this remote role, you will provide technology-enabled customer support to improve the health of vulnerable members. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, documenting inquiries in CRM, and assisting customers according to service agreements. Candidates should have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
