In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees while providing administrative support to multiple departments. Receptionist Job Duties: Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Schedule meetings and assist with conference room coordination. Order and maintain office supplies. Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience) Receptionist Requirements: Previous customer service, administrative, or front desk experience Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to answer phones and assist visitors in a professional manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
