$108.44-$130.37 per hour Sunnyvale, CA Contract Duration: 6+ Months (With Possible extension) Job Description: This position serves as the vital bridge between product development and real-world users, driving the operational launch and ongoing engagement of early-access testing programs. By cultivating an active, collaborative environment, the role acts as both an advocate for the tester community and a strategic partner to internal product teams. Ultimately, this position transforms raw, day-to-day user experiences into the structured, high-impact insights necessary to refine and elevate product quality. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Setting up a trusted tester self sign up study. This includes drafting comms, working with vendors to select testers, creating the trusted tester agreement and getting sign off, drafting onboarding instructions and gathering requirements from the PA. Managing the chat space/community once TT is kicked off. This includes drafting/sending out weekly challenges, working with vendors to file /triage bugs, potentially engaging with users. Sharing insights with the PA. Sharing regular user feedback (painpoints, feature request, quotes, metrics) back to the PA for it to be actioned on. Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Workspace (Docs, Slides, etc.). Execution - owns projects end-to-end with a strong sense of ownership. manage and align stakeholders.
