Job Title: Senior Paralegal – Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join a nationally recognized trial law firm's West Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for a highly organized and experienced litigation paralegal with a strong background in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client intakes and interview witnesses.
• Coordinate and obtain medical records, medical bills, official reports, and other case-related documentation.
• Organize, review, and summarize medical records and billing information.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support litigation matters.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with drafting motions and responses.
• Prepare cases for trial, including exhibits, deposition designations, trial materials, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process.
• Manage a high-volume workload while handling time-sensitive case materials.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience, preferably in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice litigation.
• Experience as an insurance adjuster with substantial Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice case exposure may also be considered.
• Strong knowledge of litigation and trial preparation procedures.
• Experience preparing trial exhibits and deposition designations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and summarize complex medical records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• FileVine experience is preferred.
