Legal Assistant Patent Prosecution

A well-respected mid-sized Atlanta law firm is seeking an experienced Patent Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a busy intellectual property practice. This position offers a hybrid schedule after training. This role will focus on U.S. patent prosecution matters and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both substantive and administrative support responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage patent dockets and monitor deadlines Prepare shell patent applications and prosecution-related documents Assist with USPTO filings and correspondence Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents Maintain client files and matter records Support attorneys with expense reports, scheduling, and other administrative tasks Qualifications 5+ years of patent prosecution legal assistant experience Strong knowledge of U.S. patent prosecution procedures Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software Strong attention to detail and communication skills Compensation $70,000-$90,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Connect Staffing, Inc.
