Work in a supportive, highly collaborative environment where experienced colleagues invest in your development through coaching, feedback, and hands-on learning.What You'll BringWe're looking for candidates who bring:Pursuing an MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management, operations, or similar fields preferred.Graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.Ideally 2+ years of relevant professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations or consulting.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Confidence to share thoughtful perspectives.Eagerness to build fluency with AI and apply it as part of your professional growthCuriosity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.An entrepreneurial approach and ability to effectively collaborate in team environments.Business-fluent English, both written and spoken.Flexibility to travel based on client and project needs.You'll collaborate with experienced consultants and procurement specialists across Inverto North America while partnering closely with colleagues throughout the broader BCG network.
