Job Overview Apex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE Recruiter for our client based out of Greensboro, NC. This assignment is anticipated to be a 3‑month contract with strong potential for extension; however, Apex Systems cannot guarantee the length of this assignment. This will also have a first‑shift Monday–Friday schedule. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance. Promote the organization's employer brand and employee value proposition to attract top talent. Source candidates through various recruiting channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and internal talent pools. Review applications, screen resumes, and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements. Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments to determine fit and suitability. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, recruitment priorities, and candidate profiles. Recommend qualified candidates for consideration across entry‑level, professional, and experienced roles. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, candidate communication, and hiring decisions. Conduct reference checks, pre‑employment assessments, and other hiring‑related activities as required. Provide timely feedback and communication to both selected and non‑selected candidates. Support job posting, advertising, and recruiting marketing efforts across various platforms. Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure recruiting data is accurate and up to date. Monitor recruiting metrics and provide status updates to hiring managers and leadership. Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, employment practices, and applicable regulations. Experience 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related HR experience. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire. Experience partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders throughout the recruiting process. Strong knowledge of candidate assessment techniques, interviewing methods, and recruiting best practices. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing recruiting activities from start to finish. Strong customer service mindset and candidate experience focus. Nice to Have Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, operations, or corporate roles. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements. Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media sourcing techniques.
