United Talent is immediately hiring a Receptionist for the Winfield, WV area
Job Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- General office duties including filing, faxing and scanning
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Maintain organized records and office files
- Scheduling Work Orders
- Basic accounting functions as necessary
Schedule & Pay
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay is between $18.00- $20.00/ hour depending on experience
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of receptionist or related office experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
