Required Skills

• Valid Physician Assistant certification and license
• Prior Emergency Department experience, able to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle low to moderate acuity cases efficiently

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual capabilities
• Knowledge of trauma protocols and emergency procedures

Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• At least 2 years of emergency department experience

Other Requirements

• Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 8 AM) at Southwood
• Flexibility for day shifts (1 PM - 11 PM, 11 AM - 9 PM, or 9 AM - 7 PM) at Gwinnett
• Local candidates only, with valid certifications and licenses in good standing
• Willingness to commit to a flexible schedule and uphold the highest standards of patient care
