What You'll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex technology and infrastructure solutions.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define solution strategies, and deliver successful project outcomes.
• Drive research, evaluation, and adoption of new technologies, systems, and architectural standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners while overseeing technical resources and solution delivery.
• Mentor and guide engineers and technical teams, promoting best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in systems design, management, or architecture.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Senior site reliability engineer and with on premises data center migration projects.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience defining and driving service reliability standards, including SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets across.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience serving as a technical authority for reliability, performance, resilience, and capacity planning.

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of advanced experience in a technical engineering position involving infrastructure design technologies, data management and interchange, system design or development for complex applications.
• Ability to translate complex business and functional requirements into structured high-quality implementations using any variety of industry standard approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to develop alternative solutions to complex problems and recommend the best solution to the technology business, and project teams.

• Verifiable industry or vendor expertise in related technologies.

• Ability to use effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit and review requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size.
