Position Summary:

The Landscaper is responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor grounds and landscaping areas. This position performs routine landscape maintenance to ensure properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license

Compensation:

• $40,170.00 per year
• $19.31 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas
• Plant, water, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from grounds and walkways
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Assist with planting seasonal flowers and installing landscaping materials
• Apply mulch, fertilizer, and other lawn care treatments as directed
• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of landscaping equipment
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment operation guidelines
• Assist with other grounds or maintenance duties as assigned
