Job Title: Minibar Attendant

Department: Housekeeping

Reports to: Executive Housekeeping Manager

Thompson San Antonio-Riverwalk is seeking a Minibar Attendant to join our team. The Minibar Attendant is responsible of ensuring that our guests enjoy a well-stocked and maintained minibar experience. This role is essential in supporting our hotel's commitment to comfort and a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock and replenish minibars in guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Accurately record minibar consumption and charge guests accordingly
• Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly labeled, and within expiration dates
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas
• Report any maintenance or operational issues in guest rooms
• Provide courteous and careful service, respecting guests' privacy

Qualifications

• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and guest charges.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly
