Responsibilities Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided. Facilitate software application design discussions and document design decisions to guide the technical team toward building software solutions. Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications with a focus on maintaining system stability. Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase, and maintain code repositories. Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold software quality standards. Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications. Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability. Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects. Required Skills and Experience Strong hands‑on experience in customizing SAP Commerce (Hybris) based e‑Commerce Applications, SAP Commerce CMS and e‑commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products). Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in product modelling, catalog structure and workflow. SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementation experience with SAP integration with backend. SAP Commerce implementation experience with Data Hub and CPQ is an advantage. Hands‑on experience in developing a highly scalable REST/SOAP web‑services based systems. Hands‑on experience in publishing and consuming web services. Solid knowledge of web technologies such as Java, J2EE Application Servers, Spring, Portal Applications and Standards, Content Management Systems, AJAX, JavaScript and XML technologies. Deep understanding of Digital Service and Customer Experience. Active participation in communication with business stakeholders and involvement in all SDLC lifecycles. Provide subject‑matter expertise on SAP Commerce e‑commerce to ensure successful delivery and operations. Capable of reviewing the work done by team members and guiding them in complex issues. Drive the business to launch new products that are designed with a digital service first model. Stakeholder management. Expertise in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influencing across teams and departments. Drive awareness of customer experience in digital services to ensure they are promoted with customers. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
