Are you a highly organized professional with a creative flair and an interest in Human Resources? Covisian is looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator & Front Office Ambassador . This is a unique "growth" position: you will start as the face of our office, mastering front-desk operations, with a clear path to morph into a full-time HR role .

We aren't just looking for a receptionist; we are looking for a proactive "owner" who shows initiative, excels at follow-up, and brings a professional, friendly energy to our diverse team.

What Youll Do

• The Face of Covisian: Greet clients and visitors, manage the front desk environment, and handle inquiries with a customer-service-first mindset.
• HR Support: Assist with HRIS record-keeping, maintain confidential files, and lead office orientations for new hires.
• Creative Projects: Use Canva to design internal communications and Excel to manage data and reporting.
• Office Operations: Coordinate meetings, manage supply inventory, handle mail/deliveries, and support staff with project-based work.

Who You Are

• Detailed & Organized: You have a "zen"-like focus on accuracy and never let a task fall through the cracks.
• Tech & Design Savvy: You are proficient in Excel and have experience using Canva to make documents look professional and engaging.
• Proactive: You dont wait for instructions; you show initiative and anticipate the needs of the office and HR team.
• People-Person: You are comfortable interacting with individuals from all backgrounds and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, reception, or HR coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong Canva skills are a major plus.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
