About the Position

Dedicated drivers enjoy the many privileges that come with having consistent customers. This permanent full-time position gives you a better idea of the number of miles and hours each week holds, which means you'll have a better idea of what to expect in every paycheck. And because you know your customers and their typical freight load, you're less likely to be surprised or slowed down by unusual shipments.

• Average $1,400 per week ($72,800 per year)
• Starting pay $0.69 cpm
• Average 2-3 runs per week:
  • 2 runs per week averaging 1,400 miles (paid for a minimum of 1,600 miles per week)
  • 3 runs per week averaging 2,100 miles
• Average 6-8 stops per week (paid for a minimum of 11 stops per week)
• Breakdown, layover and detention pay available
• Company sponsored per diem program

• Home weekly
• First route starts Tuesday and ends by Saturday
• Additional home time during the week

• Runs from Irving, TX with two to three weekly runs to the Odessa/Midland, TX area
• Average 700 miles per trip

• No tarping required
• Live customer unload
• Product is chemicals in totes and drums (palletized)
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements, along with a valid passport, are required. Candidates can apply for a passport within 30 days of hire but must obtain it within 120 days.
• Must apply for TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) within 30 days of hire and must obtain TWIC within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
• Must be certified to pull a flatbed (training provided if needed). Previous flatbed experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must live within a 100-mile radius
• Minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker
• Must have a passport or be able to apply for passport within 30 days of hire and obtain within 120 days of hire date
• Must apply for TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) within 30 days of hire and must obtain TWIC within 90 days of hire- will be reimbursed upon receipt
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
• No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
• No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
• No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too close, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years

• Load freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
• Unload freight - lift requirement: 80 lbs
• Move freight - force requirement: 54 lbs
• Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
